Hello,
In India applications for a provisional driving license can be made from the age of 16. Valid for driving a moped or gearless motorcycle (with a capacity of up to 50cc) from aged 16, and a car from aged 18 or older to drive any other type of vehicle. So as you are 18 now you are eligible for getting license of a gear bike. You can fill the application from online and got to the nearby RTO office and give the test for the Learning Licenses and after a month give a driving test in the same RTO office and get you permanent driving license.
