Male and female candidates must have been born between July 2, 2005, and July 1, 2008, in order to sit for the NDA 1 exam. Both male and female candidates must have been born on January 2, 2005, or no later than January 1, 2008, in order to sit for the NDA 2 exam.
Since you have born in October 2008, you are eligible for NDA 1 2025.

Yes, you can give NDA ( national defense academy exam) . The eligibility criteria for NDA regarding age is between 16.5 and 19.5 years old.
