You need to enter your class 12th school details like its name and address etc and not the name of your bsc college.
If I tell you about codes then,
Your are doing bsc , so if you have all the three of PCB i. e physics, chemistry and Biology /biotechnology in your bsc then you need to select the code 5 , otherwise you need to select code 2 because in this case your highest qualification with all the three PCB subjects remains 10+2.

- -) your neet 2021 application form is available at its official website i. e ntaneet.nic.in to be filled from 13 July 2021 to 06 August 2021(upto 11:50 PM)
- -) Neet 2021 examination will be conducted in 13language including English and Hindi.
- -) To fill Neet 2021 application , you need to go through these steps :- neet registration - > filling of the application form - > uploading documents - > paying the application form fee --> take aprintout of the confirmation page . But actually I have filled it and in my college I am doing Chemistry honours so my main subject is chemistry nd I have chosen code 5 and I have also wrote my college name so can I edit my form when correction window will open.
