I am from Gujarat board. In Gujarat board theory paper is of 100 marks and practical is of 50 marks.May I eligible for neet?

There's no worry in that. Often different boards have different mark scheme's for subjects.
As a whole you need to make sure that, out of 450 in the entire PCB, you score a minimum of 225 marks ( being UR ) and you need to pass each and every subject individually to be elligible to appear for NEET.

Yes , you are definately eligible for NEET because it only requires 50% aggregate in PCB . It does not depend on your board and your total number of marks in the particular . Percentage of PCB can be calculated with 450 marks also. So , don't worry. If you belong to any reserved category , the aggregate requirement is 40%
