I am from unreserved category and PCB score includes for 46% only and with calculating english score with it becomes 55% so am i eligible for neet 2022 exam please help i am very confused

This is because,
To be eligible for neet, you should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got:-

at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category
-
at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st category
-
at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.
Now,
You belong to general category and your aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology is
= 46 % i. e lesser than 50% which is the minimum required percentage to be eligible for general category, so you are not eligible for Neet .
