I am interested to go in medical but as today's on going competition I am afraid as I can't afford for any Private medical college
hi aishwarya, chill, you can easily crack neet if you prepare smart and ideally, its not a herculean or impossible task, stay calm cool and confident always, i will tell you how you can score really high
Physics and chemistry- physics is considered one of the toughest subject for medical aspirants, but very interesting. choose any good book of your convinience, there are plenty of good books as many mentioned already. read the concepts thoroughly, understand them cover to cover, if you have doubts, clear them then and there. solve atleast 300 to 500 questions per chapter, check ,analyse and rectify your mistakes. solve again. the more you solve the merrier.initially you wont be getting many correct answers, but as you keep on doing am sure you will see your score rising. solve previous question papers too
Biology- in neet around 300 marks are from ncert text book itself, thats how it was when i gave my exam, so u need to thorough ncert first and then read any good book of your choice and solve as many questions as you can, always stay calm , cool and confident, hope this helps good luck
But it is harder to crack them.
So work hard and meticulously for your future.
Focus on ncert textbooks which are the gold standard.
Practice mcqs from any good book which has previous year question papers.
Work in time management.
All the best!
I agree with you that the private medical colleges demand a high and bulky amount but you also have a another option og government medical college where the fees are affordable and low cost also
I also agree that there is competition but just try to stay motivated and study u can get into a government medical college easily.
Hope this helps,
All the best
Clearing the NEET Exam to get a seat in a government college in the first attempt is not impossible if the approach is correct.
First of all, banish all those negative thoughts and start believing that you will achieve your goal.
The basis of the questions asked in NEET Exam is the concept in NCERT. I would suggest you to study all the concepts given in NCERT thoroughly. Once all your concepts are strong, move towards increasing your knowledge.
Begin with simple reference books and progress from there. The list of books that my friend has given in her answer is very helpful. Do check out which one is your preference.
Now, put all your knowledge to test by doing as many MCQs as possible. Initially, focus on accuracy more than your speed. Once your accuracy has greatly improved, move on to increasing your speed. Once you have done that, you're good to go.
Test yourself with past year's papers or mock tests to see where you stand. If you are satisfied, good job. If you feel you could improve, work harder.
Some simple tips:
Maintain a good health.
Sleep for an adequate amount of time.
Don't stress in any way.
Don't rush with the basics.
Don't give up on your goal, just keep working hard.

It is not very difficult to get into a Government Medical College so you did not be afraid of the only option of private college be open in front of you if you are a medical aspirant
Yes you need to work hard right from the beginning and unless you are getting regular coaching from institute like Aakash on Alan Augusta it fast enough to make regular notes of yourself on all the three subjects of physics chemistry and Biology then you might be in an uncomfortable position initially
I would recommend you to go through books like Nootan of physics chemistry and Biology at the onset
You can also try work like Truman for Biology, SL Arora for physics or op Agarwal for chemistry
The notes given by Institutions like Aakash our self sufficient in themselves and prevent you from having to refer to multiple books for gaining the knowledge you require under the NCERT curriculum
What is most important that you have to practice a number of MCQs and begin to give mock examinations Vijay time bound and make you answer questions across all chapters from the three subjects within a limited period of time. Chelsea work on your questions election and time management skills so that I can minimise your negative marking and answer as many questions correctly as you can within the Limited period of time and rectify your mistakes and woke up on your strength so that your performance in the final examination of Neet is much better than you can expect
Hope this helps, thank you
Why focus on what you do not want when you can focus on what you really want to achieve.
A lot students get into a medical school every year and not all of them are financially affluent enough to study in a private medical college. Why think of a private college when you can get into a government college.
All you need is a strong purpose and a bit of faith in yourself and your abilities.
Once your purpose is firm enough, ideas will come to you regarding your preparation strategies and when you work for that firm purpose, you will begin fostering a sense of self-confidence that comes out of hard work and focus.
It is a gradual process, will test every bit of your patience! Might even disappoint you sometimes, but trust me, all of this is worth the medical seat you're dreaming of.
So, push all your limitations aside, the only thought running in your head should be your purpose and where you want to see yourself after 5 years from now.
Namaskar Aishwarya. Thank you for asking the question. We at Career 360 will help you to solve queries as possible.
First of all, relax. I am pretty confident that you will get into Medical school. And how do I know that? You have to follow a regimen.
Facts- The most essential component for NEET.
Concepts- Start building it in depth from Day 1.
Schedule- 2 hour study and 30 minutes break.
Solve books, question papers, test series and all that you can devour!
You should know the NCERT textbooks like the back of your own hand.
Enjoy your life.
I suggest these books for your studies:
1. Physics: HC Verma for theory and Universal Solutions for MCQs
2. Chemistry: NCERT textbook for theory and Arihant Publications for MCQs
3. Biology: Trueman Publications and NCERT book for theory and Universal Publications for MCQs.
This will help your conceptual base become clear and as well as your practice in solving MCQs. These are a supplement to your regular curriculum books. Live Long and Prosper. Nitish Nadkarni.
Hello
Study the concepts in depth, don't read superficially.
Try to clock 100 hours a week.
Maintain your health
Sleep is crucial, else you'll get exhausted before time.
Form a study group, discuss with friends
Stay motivated.
No pain no gain, you won't get this opportunity again. Make the most of it.
Donot waste time, invest time.
Revisions are the most important
It is said that hand written notes are well remembered than printed material, make your own notes, keep reading it again and again.
The best books you can refer to are the NCERT,
For biology, refer the following.
1) Trueman's Biology vol 1 and vol 2
2) Dinesh- Objective biology
3) Pradeep publication Biology
4) GRB'S Publication Biology.
For Physics refer to he following books.
1) H.C.Verma - Concepts of Physics.
2) D.C Pandey - Objective Physics.
3) Fundamentals of physics by Walker

Ncerts are mandatory to have, refer the rest of the books and find out which one suits you. I would advice you not to buy all the books but to refer them and see which one is better for you.
In the end it doesn't depend upon which book is better but how good can you understand the concepts
Also, for the general knowledge subscribe magazines, they will be useful.
Hope this helps.
Goodluck!
