Hello aspirant,
Hope you are doing well. Congratulations for getting admission in NIT. If you are searching for any scholarship where you can get a laptop so there is no such scholarship exists and for general category students it's really hard to get any scholarship as very very few scholarship are there for them and since ews category is introduced this year only so there are not much scholarship related to it. Overall I don't think there will be a scholarship for you.
