Hi
It's completely ok even if you have failed in maths but are you are overall pass in your class 12th board examination with five subjects i. e your result status pass in your result/marksheet ?
I am considering that you are overall passed in your 12th board examination and have just failed in maths.
Yes, you are eligible for Neet examination
This is because,
Your marks in maths is not considered for Neet eligibility so you are still eligible provided you must have passed in 12th with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got:-
-
at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category
-
at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to st/Obc/ Sc
-
at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.
Also,
****** to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December of the year of appearing for neet examination
****** There is no upper age limit for Neet as of now.
****** There's no limit for the maximum number of attempts/times one can appear in NEET.
††† In case, if you are not passed in 12th with 5 subjects i. e you have failed in 12th and then you are not eligible for neet or any graduation entrance/course , in this case you will have to pass your maths compartment exam and then only you will be eligible for neet or any graduation
