Hi there!

Yes there are many colleges and universities in India which will allow you to do Bsc in Food and Nutrition. Your background in commerce will not make any difference. Some colleges will admit on the basis of entrance merit, while others will provide direct admission. I am giving you the list of few colleges where you can apply.
