Usually class 9th results are not published on CBSE or the state board websites as class 9th is not considered a board exam, it's a school level exam. That's why you are not able to find a common link like we do for class 10th or 12th results.
If you are not able to access your result online it simply means that your result will be released either on your schools own website or it will be share directly by the school in offline mode.
So you directly need to either check your schools official portal if they upload results online or you can contact you school office teachers, or your fellow classmates for the exact date and mode of result distribution.
