As you have not mentioned anything about the exam or counselling program, it is difficult to answer about your query.
But in a general manner if you talking about any counselling program then you do not have to worry.
As you missed filling the options for 2nd round, your first round options will be locked automatically for the 2nd round.

Hello,
The State CET Cell has released round 2 alphabetical lists of the shortlisted candidates belonging to MH, OMS and JK categories. It also released the list of candidates whose CAP allocation could not be considered for round 2. Candidates can edit their forms and submit grievances till January 11.
You have only a day left, go to the official website and edit your form.
