hey bhavani

with 506 marks and belongign to obc category i think you can get medical seat in AU region of AP. as per previous year the minimum cut off of AU region was 441  of rajiv gandhi institute of medical sciences in srikakulam. other colleges where you can get admission are guntur medical college in guntur, ranga raya medical college in kakinada, rajiv gandhi institutte of medical sciences in ongole. however we are not sure about this year cut off as it changes every year depending on number of candidates, number of seats and difficulty of paper. so hope for good result.

here is a link which has all the colleges of AP with their previous year cut off. i hope this might help you https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-ap

In 2018, under 2018, 442 marks secured a seat in Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Srikakulam under BC Category. That was the cut off. Going by previous cut offs and your score, you have a decent chance at:

Guntur Medical College
Rangaraya Medical College
Rajuv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Ongole

Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. You can check the cut offs of various Colleges:

Hello student,
With a score of 506 in neet, you have chances of procuring a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, in the AU region, in obc category, one was required to have a minimum of 427 to get a seat in the government medical colleges. Keeping in mind the difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats, even if the cut off trends to increase, you do stand on the safe zone and have good chances of getting selected. However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection

Good luck
