Hi Nandupolu, As you have mentioned your EAMCET rank and other details.The only reason I found for which you did not get full reimbursement was your Non-local status.

• Candidates are considered as local if they submit the certificates of 7 years of schooling.

This rule was attached in the academic year 2014-15.Still you were having a quality rank in TS EAMCET for which you got seat in one of the best colleges in telangana.
