I got 62 percentile can i get nit??? And my board marks is 82 percent. Can i get any govt. College?

This percentile is not enough to qualify the exam & get a seat in NIT as a General Category. You can try for the state level counselling, If you mention here your All India Rank & state you wish to take the admission, I can help you better about it.
