I got 74.8 percentile for jee mains(jan)...and I belong to SC category...is there any chance for me to get into NIT?

With this rank, you have no chances of getting a NIT through open quota (AIR), but since you are from SC category, you may get a seat based on your category rank (still there are very less chances through category rank also but you can try).
