Hello deepak .No its not possible to cnage your category after you had given your exam as its not in the act or you can say the provisions of joint seat allocation authority because they will only consider your form during the application time and they wont allow to change your category if you do show it might cause some serious problem so it can be like already the rank is generated and because of only one person they cant change the whole rank .
