I got 90000 rank in OBC,will i get goverment college or any NIT ?

Well brother, condering your rank 90k in JEE mains 2019 and your category OBC, you hold almost nil chances of getting an admission into an NIT.
Well, now I would recommend you look for the state engineering colleges who admits students on the basis of JEE mains scorecard.
I would like to mention some state engineering colleges like IET Lucknow, HBTU or West Bengal state engineering colleges are way better than many of lower NIT's
Be optimistic about the result, and do take part in maximum counseling. Allotment ranking can vary year by year and hence seeing surprises at counseling is very common
