No in the females quota for the subjects in the IIT s you choose. Then inter se merit among girls will actually decide. However jee adv haven't released the girls merit list. Hope for the best

You can look for IIT-Bhu or newly build IITs because here at old IITs you may not get your choice to go for new IITs there you can get the branches you want.
