I got college in round 1. I want to choose upward movement option. Is I need to pay college fee on first allotment letter

For choosing your upward movement of option you have to go at alloted institute for admission process which u will get in last round .After document verification at alloted institute you can participate in special round .You have to pay fee as per rules of alloted Institute .
