i have a domicile of delhi and i have obc ncl of bihar basically i have a m8gration certificate obc certificate so can i use it in delhi state quota obc?

The domicile for getting admission in BTech/ BE means from where you had done your 12th boards. If you had done your intermidiate from Delhi itself and you have category certificate from Bihar resisdence then you are elogible for Delhi state quota with OBC category. Hope this will help you.
