    Hope you are doing good. If your SC caste certificate which is issued by circle officer is having some error please visit the office with the correct supporting document and apply for correction , you can sureply get help from there.

    If you wish to change or correct the name on your SC certificate, you may contact a notary to issue an affidavit in your name declaring the same. Please contact the nearest government office for the same. Hope that helped. All the best.
