I have booked a seat at the reporting centre and chose ta option to slide. When will the result be out and how will the admission take place

The exam is Jee advanced. I have got mechanical engineering at IIT kharagpur and I chose the option to. Slide but I want to freeze the option after second round. Can I freeze it after second round?
