Hi, Since you have 1681 rank in UPSEE and you also have a category rank 420 as well so on behalf of that I can say that you can get IT for sure but you may face problem while selecting branch. And same will happen in case of HBTU as well. But if it's a matter of getting admission only so you can get in any of the IET or HBTU .

i want cse in hbti, can i get it.
also i would like to ask you one thing:
during the documents upload time, i did not have my obc certificate renwed....but now i got it renewed, but the panel is not allowing me to change it...will i face any problems durig the document verfication procedure..or can i change it in the registration of second round or so...
