I have not choose any choices ( choice 1, choice 2 , choice 3,choice4) after first round... in second round no college is alloted.... is there any procedure to get back into the option entry process??

Since you have not mentioned which counseling are you talking about it is a bit difficult to provide the precise information, but in most of the counseling you can edit your preferences till a particular allotted date after that the choices get locked automatically and only open for certain rounds, while in some you can change them after every round.
