I have passed my 10th exam from telangana and appear for 12th in maharashtra. In which state, I will get 85% reservation

As per your concern, you've done 10th in Telangana while 12th in Maharashtra. So, what matters the most is, your domicile certificate.
Your domicile certificate will be the main criteria through which you can apply for home state quota. Your domicile certificate is based on where you and your parents live (or) do their job.
If you're part of Telangana domicile than you've to apply for Telangana as your home state, at a counseling centre in Telangana. And if you're from Maharashtra domicile , you should apply in counseling centre of Maharashtra.
