I have passed SSC with 50% marks in which science colleges I can take admission in open category.

I am sorry to say that with 50% marks, it is highly unlikely to secure admission in science courses on the basis of merit.
Also, sciences courses are usually not offered in open category by institutes. This is because at undergraduate level, hands-on experiments are as important as the theory portion. Also, practical marks do hold a high weightage in evaluation in bachelor's degree.
It is better if you look for universities which offer admission in regular science courses on the basis of entrance (though right now many universities have already conducted entrance examinations for undergraduate level).
Also, you can apply for diplomas, certificate courses and B.Voc. courses to advance your career in right direction.
