i have put wrong graduation cgpa even after the correction window. it was my fault what should i do?

Don't worry, Although you have not mentioned the exam you are applying for, the general rule for correction can be mailing the organizing committee regarding your issue as soon as possible. There is always a helpline number available on the website. You can call on the number and submit your request.
