In Tamilnadu State quota I could find only this college that could possibly give you a seat
IRT Perundurai Medical College, Perundurai
It's cutoff was 312 marks last year and it is a government college you could keep positive Outlook about this college. You can get into private medical colleges but you won't be getting a government seat in that college and hence you will have to spend more money on fees etc.
