I have scored 64 percentile and I belong to ST category having common rank list is 4 lakhs . Can I used to get admission in NIT?

And yes there is almost no chance of getting admission into any nits or iiits.

I regret to inform you that with a sort of some marks its difficult for you to get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like top nits or iiits.
But yes still you can get seat into nit or iiits.
But lower nits and iiits.
Lower nits like all northeast nits.
As top nits are one of the most sought after college in feild of engineering so they have high cutoffs for the candidates to get admission.
