i have scored 92 /100 marks in english in 12 cbse exam... but my overall percentage of top 5 subject including english is 80.8 %.... so i want to ask that what is best for me... bca Or ba hons english... and can i get admissions in universities such as du, ku , mdu and other such reputed universitie

Hope you are doing well.

Firstly, a hearty congratulations on getting such a good percentage. To answer your question, please know that BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications) and BA Hons English are degrees of completely different fields. If you have to choose between these, it should be of your personal interest. If you see yourself excelling in any of these careers few years down the line, then opt for that course. About the cutoff, the cutoff range rises every year, and with DU and other universities being in demand,it could go higher this year as well. DU has not released any cutoff list as of now, it could be released somewhere in October. Do keep checking the college website which you want to attend.
