I haven't uploaded my aadhar card in my NEER UG application form. Only my 10th certificate was uploaded and my category certificate. Now what should i take as an identity proof in the NEET exam ? Please help me

My aadhar card is lost . i only have enrollment slip . my 12th marksheet isnt available yet . i dont have voted id or pan card . what should i carry to neet exam centre as my identity proof .please help me for this one ✋.

now neet correction date is open from 4 -15 july, I have filled neet ug form with my fathers name ROHIT KUMAR SINGH same as aadhar card but my 10th result has ROHIT KR SINGH what to do should I change it as 10th result it will be different from aadhar card will I face problem in neet exam center
