I uploaded clkd photo from my phone camera and my admit card is also generated are there any chances that my admit card will get rejected?

If admit card got generated that means your application is not rejected. But be careful from next time to avoid any hassle as exams are important. You can always get a passport sized photo clicked and then scan and use it. This is a more appropriate way of doing things.
