if have acknowledge receipt still no recieved income certificate can i submit acknowledge receipt for online counselling?

Hello Ma'am,
First of all please specify that regarding which counselling you are talking about.
Many times you can use your acknowledge receipt in online coinselling as it is a proof that you have applied for it but there is some delay in getting the actual certificate. Many times authorities consider the receipts but it is not same everytime. Sometimes yiu need yo submit every original document at the counselling time.
Please tell the name of the counselling you are talking about.
