The last date to fill in application form of EFLU for undergraduate courses was 31st August, entrance test is to be conducted on 9th September, and admit card is expected to get released soon, if you have filled in the form then you can appear for the entrance test, and as you also enquired about exam centre in kerala, there is only Thiruvananthapuram, you can check out our page at https://university.careers360.com/articles/eflu-admit-card#EFLU-Exam-Centres-2021 regarding this.
