English and Foreign Languages University (EFLU), Hyderabad was formerly known as the Central Institute of English and Foreign Languages and was established in the year 1958. As per NIRF 2023 Ranking, the college secured its position in the 151-200th rank band under the universities category. English and Foreign Languages University is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). EFLU Hyderabad courses include B.A, B.Ed, M.A, PGD and PhD. These courses are offered in branches like English, Arabic, French, German, Psychology, Literature, Law, Education, Communication, Home Science, Journalism, Media Management and many more. EFLU Hyderabad admissions to UG courses are provided based on the candidate’s performance in the Common University Entrance Test (CUET). English and Foreign Languages University PG admissions are done based on the performance of the candidate in the entrance examination and interview conducted by the university. According to the NIRF 2023 report, 12 UG students, 13 PG 1-year students and 26 PG 2-year students were placed during the EFLU Hyderabad placement drive. The median salary package offered to UG students was Rs 3,25,000 and PG students received an EFLU Hyderabad median salary package of Rs 4,50,000. EFLU Hyderabad facilities include a library, hostels, cafeteria, guest house, laboratories to provide practical knowledge to the students, a health centre to cater to the medical needs of the students, and an auditorium to conduct events, seminars and functions.

The infrastructure and facilities in the university is excellent. There is a good wifi connection inside the campus as well as in the hostels. There is a well maintained library, computer laboratory and sport centres.

College Infrastructure
Clean and better hostels but have ventilation problem in rooms. Women hostel food is comparatively better than other colleges. Most areas in girls hostel has wifi connectivity issue. Classrooms are really lacking in good modern infrastructure and other facilities.

College Infrastructure
Small but a very green campus. Facilities are available but don't expect to enjoy those very much as they tend to lock everything, apparently. ? Not alot of activities go around in the campus but in comparison to the area its okay.

how is girls hotel and rules ? can we go out side ? is outside food allowed? in one room how many members will be?

Rules and regulations are strictly follwed in girls hostel. You are not allowed to go out but if your parents visit your city or if they have come to meet you and staying in hotel then you will be allowed to stay with them for Saturday and Sunday. You can go out with them. I know about bits Goa. There is huge campus mess is in another building , food and meals are provided with time table if you get late you will be going to miss the meal and canteen is open whole day for that you have to pay extra . On sundays you will be given special menu like pizza or food of your choice . No outside food is allowed.
In the first year you will share room with your roommate and from second year you will have separate room.
