Hi aspirant,

The registrations for mop up round are done separately after the conclusions of round 1 and round 2 for the people who are not from the same state. If you have earlier participates in the two rounds of counselling conducted by the directorate of of medical education and research, Maharashtra then you need not to register again. The seats which will remain vacant after the conclusion of Maharashtra neet counselling that is scheduled to be conducted for 85% seats under state quota and 100% seats in private medical colleges will be available for grabs in mop up round. Also please note that to be eligible for the mop up round you must participate in both the rounds of counseling and should not have been allotted any seat earlier.
