i scored 502 marks in neet 2020. i m frm up with obc category. Are there any chances for govt mbbs college for me?
Hope you are doing well.
Coming to your question, according to the previous year’s cutoffs, it seems to be difficult to get admission into a government college. The lowest cutoff was in the range of 570s for the OBC category.
But the cutoffs do vary every year and it depends upon the number of candidates appearing for the exam, the difficulty level of the question paper, total seats available.
In the year 2018, the NEET cutoff for UP state quota seats for the OBC category had come down to 429 for Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Medical College. So do keep hope.
To get an idea, the NEET cutoffs for government medical colleges state quota for previous years can be found out from the following link. It also has cutoffs for private colleges mentioned as well:

i scored 502 marks in neet 2020. i m frm up wid obc category. can i get kgmu college for bds with state quota(i.e. 85% quota) or any good govt bds college?
The lowest cut-off score in 2019 for any government colleges including KGMU and all others in U.P is 573 . So, for your own security you can try in any of the private colleges as their cut-off score is low and you have a respectable score for that.
I hope you are satisfied with this answer.

As you have mentioned 502 marks in NEET 2020, Congratulations for your achievement and I am assuring you that you will get seat in BAMS college UP for sure.
As every year, cut offs differs but looking at previous year trends, if a candidate want to be on safe side with 85% reservation from State in UP then he must have scored more than 410+ marks to confirm the seat.
But as you are a female candidate, so you are surely going to grab it and will get top priority among other students as you have scored good marks also.
I am providing you the link through which you can get to know about the total details of BAMS:

I got 539 marks in neet 2020. I belongs to UP state with general category. Is there any chance of getting govt mbbs seat in state quota?
Last year 575 marks secured a seat for General Category under UP state quota, and further taking into consideration the fact that cutoffs this year are going to increase, this makes chances of securing a GMC seat tough with your given marks, however you may have chances in private colleges like Sri Rammurti Smarak Institute of Medical Sciences, School of Medical Sciences, (Sharda University),Muzaffarnagar Medical College, Subharti Medical College, Heritage Institute of Medical Sciences to name a few,
Cut-offs are subjective to change every year based on multiple factors like seat matrix, marks obtained in exam, toughness level of paper, total number of candidates participating in the exam etc,
