Yes , You will be eligible for Officers Training Academy(OTA)  for both technical and non technical post as the age limit or this is minimum age of 19 and maximum age of 25 and your age is 24 ,so there will be no problem and you will be having bachelors degree as you met both to eligibility criteria for CDS(Combined defense service ) exam.

Yes definitely you would be eligible for CDS OTA 2024 because final year candidates can also apply for OTA, provided that you fulfil all other eligibility criterion. And also for CDS OTA ( Women, Non-Technical) the age limit is 19 to 25 years.
