In upsee 2018 counnselling if i choose float option after Round 1 and then withdraw from ROund 2 so my COunselling fee will be refundable.

no.. if u dnt withdrw by urslf n didnt even go to the alloted collge to cnfrm ur seat thn only ur money will nt be refunded. if u withdraw by urself thn tje mony will be safe..
