if we apply for round 2 counseling should we pay again

Hello aspirant,
I am not sure which counselling you are talking about. For the second round of NEET counselling you do not have to pay the registration fees again if you had already registered for the first round. If you did not apply for the first round and directly applying for second round then yes you will have to register yourself first and then pay the registration fees.
