I'm 23 and in my final year of b.com. Will this age difference affect my career? also I'm very confused as in what to do after graduation?

No, the age difference should affect your career. There are many students who drop for some years to prepare for some entrance exam or due to other reasons but this doesn't matter unless you study smart and make yourself a career. After b.com you can go for a number of fields as per your interest such as m.com, chartered accountancy, company secretary, business accounting and taxation, financial risk manager, management accountant etc., You can go for other disciplines too, such as civil services, law etc.,
