I'm from tamilnadu can I get seat in all India quota in near by state like Kerala, karnataka.

Hello student,
You can get a seat under All India Quota in any corner of India in any college. For this your score in any entrance exam must be damn high. As the seats reserved for All India Quota are pretty less (15% for medical colleges), so the competition to get a seat under this in these colleges is very tough.
