In counselling when I block my seat in desired branch and college on basis of my rank that is 47983 .will I allotted that college and branch

Hello,
Every year cutoff changes as the level of the paper and many other factors change.
So getting the same college alloted to this rank previous year may be not possible this year.
But mostly You should expect the same college and branch for the rank you got that was allotted previous year.
There might be some changes but more or less it will remain the same.
