in my daughters tenth std cbse document surname before fathers name is not there and accordingly we filled her neet form,but on aadhar and pan card surname is there before fathers name will it create problem in admission process during counseling what to do please guide.

it should not create much of a problem in admission and during the counseling. this is because the name and the surnames are matched from the 10 certificates in most of the forms. if it is the same name as written in the 10 certificates there is no problem. still, there are chances that nta provides time for correction as provided last year. so if there is a chance then you should go for the correction.
