In neet application form my date of birth is written wrong means instead of may its written December and in my id proof there is written 26 may 2002 will this situation affect my appearance in examination?

Yes it will create a problem for you when you appear for NEET Examination as in NEET Examination you will have to carry admit card and your photo id and your details like name, date of birth should match, this is usual practice but if you are lucky you may be allowed for exam but during counseling you will get rejected for wrong information in Date of birth.
