In neet in one question igive a dot in one circle then dark another circle ..it's may got -ve mark or not????????

In NEET exam, if you darken a circle but then erase and darken another circle, then you will get a negative marking even if your answer is correct since you attempted it twice. But, in your case you have darkened the answer and gave a dot. If the dot is small enough than it will be neglected and you will not get negative marking. So, do not worry.
