Is 39.6 percentile in JEE main is good for PWD category?

Yes Indeed, it is a very good score for PwD category . Last year Cutoff for JEE Main Pwd Category was 0.1137 percentile.
However, it is quite difficult to predict the exact college or branch you will be getting but with this score you will easily get Top Branches in almost all NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs.
