Is it easy to get chance in South calcutta girls college as i am a candidate from general category?

To gain admission in the South Calcutta Girls College you must meet the eligibility criteria that is provided by the college. The criteria states that -
1- the students applying for honours course must have complete their 10+2 board examination or equivalent examination with a 50% aggregate in their 10+2 with a minimum of 45% aggregate in the subject they chose for honours.
2- candidates applying for general courses are required to have passed their 10+2 board examination or equivalent examination with an aggregate of 50% marks.
3- candidates belonging to SC/ST require to be having an aggregate of 40% marks in their 10+2 or equivalent examination to get admission into the honours courses.
The available seats are allowed on the basis of the merit of the students. Also the merit list is drawn up by the authorities on basis of the previous academic performance of the students.
If you are eligible on the basis of the given criteria, you can apply for admission to the college.
