No, you don't have to put your signature in your photograph.
Your photograph should be colour or b/w (but clear contrast) with name of the candidate and date of taking the photograph printed. Candidates with unclear photograph are liable to be rejected.

As I don't have written my name and date of photo on my scan photo and uploaded it.
