I've got a percentile of 76.2,what does it mean and what rank will I get with it?

The NTA scores are the normalised scores across multiple session papers and the scores indicate the percentage of candidates that have scored equal to or below that percentile score in that session.
As the JEE Main exam is being conducted twice a year for the first time therefore it would be difficult to predict the actual rank. As per your percentile score, your expected rank would be around 262,873 - 292,873.
It should be noted that the Overall Rank Predicted is on the basis of the expected total number of students i.e. 1150000 appearing in the JEE Mains April Session.
